Appointments

We understand that your time is very important to you. Therefore we will schedule your appointments to provide for optimum care and efficiency.

We are open from 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On Wednesdays we have an early morning continuing education seminar and open from 9.10am to 5pm. We close between 1 and 2pm each day to have lunch together.

Payments and Health Funds

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, eftpos, cheque or cash. You will be asked to pay on the day of your treatment.

In most cases we can process your health fund claim electronically in our office, so you know the exact rebate and the balance you owe. Please bring your health fund card with you when you visit. For larger cases, credit can be organised through a third party.

Infection Control

At Coast Dental we stay abreast of the ever-changing requirements for infection control and uphold the highest standards to protect our patients and staff. We have regular on site seminars and assessments with a leading Infection Control and Sterilising Consultant.

Emergencies

When patients are on a continuing care program they rarely have emergencies, as problems are detected before they become significant. However, in the event of a real emergency please call our office immediately.

Depending on the nature of your problem, we will do our best to alleviate your pain as soon as possible. Further appointments will then be scheduled according to your needs.
